Payment will be processed on the day you subscribe to the paid service, covering your use of the service for a one-month period. In certain cases, service fees may be fully or partially refundable, and US will determine which Customers are eligible for such refunds.

6. Termination

7. Submissions and Privacy

In the event that you submit or post any ideas, creative suggestions, designs, photographs, information, advertisements, data or proposals, including ideas for new or improved products, services, features, technologies or promotions, you expressly agree that such submissions will automatically be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will become the sole property of The Listing App without any compensatio or credit to you whatsoever. The Listing App and its affiliates shall have no obligations with respect to such submissions or posts and may use the ideas contained in such submissions or posts for any purposes in any medium in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services using such ideas.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on our website, including software, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of The Listing App or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

9. Typographical Errors

In the event a product and/or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product and/or service listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or other payment account in the amount of the charge.

10. Restrictions

Users are prohibited from, directly or indirectly, engaging in any of the following actions: (i) reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or attempting to uncover the source code or underlying algorithms of any part of the Service (unless such actions are explicitly allowed by applicable local laws); (ii) modifying or creating derivative works of any part of the Service; (iii) renting, leasing, or using the Service for time-sharing or as part of a service bureau arrangement; or (iv) removing or obscuring any proprietary notices on the Service. The Company retains full ownership, title, and intellectual property rights to the Service and any of its components. Users are also not permitted to employ any “deep-link,” “page-scrape,” “robot,” “spider,” or other automated tools, programs, algorithms, or manual processes to access, obtain, copy, or monitor any part of the Service or its Content, or to reproduce or bypass the navigational structure or layout of the Service, in order to acquire any materials, documents, or information not intentionally made available through the Service. We reserve the right to block such activities. Additionally, users are not allowed to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or to any systems, networks, or servers connected to the Service, by methods such as hacking, password mining, or other illicit means. Users are prohibited from probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service or any related network, and from breaching the security or authentication protocols in place. Users must not take actions that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately heavy load on the infrastructure of the Service, its systems, or any connected networks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Listing App will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
